Supreme Court blocks Biden from ending Title 42

In a 5-to-4 resolution, the Supreme Court determined to maintain in place a pandemic-era restriction on immigration often called Title 42. The resolution is in response to a petition from GOP-led states which argued that lifting the coverage would result in a fair larger variety of migrants crossing the border into cities the place shelters are overcrowded.
