The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office stated a person died after getting pinned beneath a tree limb.Deputies stated on Monday, a person from DeLeon Springs, 71-year-old Gary Clancy was slicing timber in DeLand on Covey Hill Way. A resident within the space discovered Clancy beneath a tree limb and referred to as for assist. According to the sheriff’s workplace, bystanders jumped in to assist get Clancy from beneath the limb and tried to do CPR. Volusia County Fire Rescue stated Clancy died on the scene.
