PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A person has been arrested for the brutal assault and theft of two individuals at a market in South Philadelphia final month.
Police say Lance Ryan was taken into custody by the FBI in Baltimore, Maryland on Friday morning.
He will return to Philadelphia to face prices for the incident, Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore tweeted.
The assault occurred round 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 7 at Morris Market on the nook of fifteenth and Morris streets.
Surveillance video launched by police confirmed the victims, a 54-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man, strolling out of the shop. The attacker places on a masks after which follows them.
He repeatedly punches one sufferer and knocks the second unconscious.
Police say he stole valuables from each victims and took off.
