An “unhappy” 16-foot albino reticulated python was rescued by an animal shelter in Austin, Texas on Monday – after being lacking for months.
The Austin Animal Center wrote on its verified Facebook web page that they obtained a name concerning the large reptile on Monday.
“Due to the temperatures the snake was lethargic enough that a couple of residents were able to catch it and keep it in their garage,” wrote the municipal shelter, which is run by town of Austin.
