Scuffles have damaged out between Russian and Ukrainian delegates to a convention in Turkey this week, based on movies and state media studies.

Video of the tussle was posted on Mr. Marikovski’s Facebook web page and in addition circulated extensively on social media.
Russian news studies named the girl within the video as Olga Timofeeva, a member of the Russian delegation, and mentioned she was filming a broadcast interview on the time of the incident.
