Three U.S. Marine Corps troops died Sunday after a navy plane crashed close to Darwin, Australia, throughout a routine coaching train.
The plane, an MV-22B Osprey, crashed on Melville Island whereas transporting troops about 9:30 a.m. native time with 23 personnel on board, the Marine Rotational Force stated in an announcement. Five others have been transported to Royal Darwin Hospital in severe situation.
