Philippine authorities on Monday launched a search mission atop a restive volcano after recognizing the suspected wreckage of a lacking airplane carrying two Australians together with a Filipino pilot and crew member.

“We need to find the plane first before we can determine what caused the crash.”
The wreckage is positioned close to a “permanent danger site” and a decided “no-fly zone” across the volcano, and rescue groups have been given permission by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology to start the high-risk search operations, he stated. Heavy rain and danger of landslides have added problem to the search.
