A Taliban governor in northern Afghanistan has been killed by an explosion in his workplace, police officers have instructed Act Daily News.
Mohammad Dawood Muzammil, the governor of Balkh province, died together with two others within the blast on Thursday, mentioned the provincial police pressure’s spokesman Asif Waziri.
