The mid-market and enterprise buyer phase of Freshworks, which represents the corporate’s bigger shoppers, accounted for 59% of the corporate’s annual billing, whereas the remaining 41% was on account of small and medium companies (SMBs).
This metric was inverse on the time Freshworks went public in September 2021, Sloat stated, with SMBs accounting for 60% of the income.
