The Grand Slam king is on the right track for a Queen City return.
World No. 2 Novak Djokovic is on the entry listing for subsequent month’s Western & Southern Open and can make his first look on U.S. soil since 2021 in Cincinnati.

The Western & Southern Open is ready for August 12-Twentieth.
The 23-time Grand Slam champion will be part of Wimbledon champion Carlos Alcaraz within the males’s discipline.
It might be Djokovic’s first look in Cincinnati since 2019 when he reached the semifinals bowing to Daniil Medvedev 3-6, 6-3, 6-3.
In 2020, when the event was staged on the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, Djokovic defeated Milos Raonic to seize the title.
Djokovic is a two-time Cincinnati champion. In 2018, Djokovic defeated seven-time Cincinnati champion Roger Federer, 6-4, 6-4, to assert his maiden Western & Southern Open crown.
Borna Coric defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas 7-6(0), 6-2 to seize the 2022 Cincinnati title.
The 36-year-old unvaccinated Serbian celebrity was unable to enter the U.S. underneath prior COVID-19 coverage for worldwide vacationers. That coverage prevented Djokovic from enjoying Cincinnati, the US Open in addition to the Sunshine Double in Indian Wells and Miami.
However, restrictions have been lifted on May eleventh, which suggests Djokovic is eligible to enter the United States and play Cincinnati.
