Forward Kylian Mbappe has criticised Paris St Germain after it used him in a video to advertise season ticket gross sales, with out informing him how the interview can be used.
The video launched by PSG on Wednesday options snippets from an interview with Mbappe, through which he talks in regards to the membership and its supporters. It hyperlinks to the ticketing part on the membership’s web site.
“I’ve just taken part in the season ticketing campaign of the club for 2023-24,” Mbappe stated on social media.
“At no moment was I informed of the content of the interview… It looked like a basic interview at a club marketing day.
“I do not agree with the video that was published. This is why I am fighting for individual image rights. PSG is a great club and a great family, but it is certainly not Kylian Saint-Germain.”
PSG didn’t instantly reply to a Reuters request for remark.
Last 12 months, ESPN reported that Mbappe refused to take part in a workforce picture and sponsor actions for the France nationwide workforce.
