Confusion continues to reign surrounding the number of the Indian males’s soccer crew on the Asian Games, 5 days earlier than its first match.
The Sports Ministry’s squad, a part of the ultimate listing of 655 individuals, launched late on Thursday, may be very totally different from the one launched by the All India Football Federation (AIFF), a day earlier, on Wednesday.

Indian Super League membership FC Goa mentioned that the membership was not made conscious of the newest improvement.
“This is definitely something that comes as news to us, if this is indeed the case, as Dheeraj’s name was included in the squad announced yesterday and we have received no official communication to inform us otherwise,” FC Goa responded to a question from Sportstar.
Sportstar reached out to AIFF but it surely was not out there for remark.
India performs host China in its opening sport on September 19, and Bangladesh and Myanmar on September 21 and 24, respectively.
