Former Japan and AC Milan supervisor Alberto Zaccheroni has been taken to an intensive care unit after struggling a head damage at his residence in Italy, newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport stated on Friday.
Zaccheroni, who took cost of Japan from 2010 to 2014 and led them to the Asian Cup title in 2011, had a fall at his residence in Cesenatico and hit his head on the bottom.
The 69-year-old Italian was instantly taken by ambulance to Bufalini Hospital in Cesena. He acquired preliminary remedy for extreme head trauma ensuing from the autumn, the paper added.
Zaccheroni received the Scudetto with AC Milan in his first season in cost in 1998-1999 and in addition managed different Serie A golf equipment, corresponding to Juventus, Lazio and Inter Milan.
