NEW DELHI: After shedding the opening match of the three-match sequence, Team India has been fined 80 per cent of their match charge for sustaining a sluggish over-rate towards Bangladesh regardless of time allowances had been considered within the first ODI in Mirpur, Dhaka on Sunday.
