NEW DELHI: All-rounder Chris Jordan was on Saturday drafted into the England squad for the upcoming T20I sequence in opposition to New Zealand.
Jordan has changed pacer Josh Tongue, who has been dominated out due to damage.
The 34-year-old Jordan is England’s highest wicket-taker within the shortest format.
The four-match T20I sequence begins at Chester-le-Street on Wednesday, adopted by video games at Old Trafford, Edgbaston and Trent Bridge.
The T20Is shall be adopted by one-dayers which start from September 8.
