NEW DELHI: The dwelling ministry on Tuesday gave clearance for issuance of visa to 34 Pakistani gamers and officers to participate within the ongoing Blind Cricket World Cup.
The nod comes after Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC), earlier within the day, in a press release claimed that the group couldn’t get visa clearance from the Indian exterior affairs ministry which left group within the lurch.
The exterior affairs ministry will subject the visas to the Pakistani gamers and officers in order that they’ll journey to India.
The dwelling ministry has given clearance for issuance of visa to 34 Pakistani gamers and officers to participate within the Blind Cricket World Cup, a ministry official stated.
India, Bangladesh, Australia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, South Africa and Pakistan are scheduled to play in match from December 5-17.
Matches shall be performed in Faridabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Indore and Bengaluru the place the ultimate shall be held. Pakistan had completed second within the final World Cup for the Blind.
