They are then layered collectively and cooked once more for the ultimate end result. Peshawari hen biryani has a wealthy flavour as a result of addition of dry fruits. Peshawari Chicken Biryani Recipe: How To Make Peshawari Chicken Biryani
First, wash the rice properly and soak it in water for round 20-Half-hour. Drain and maintain apart. For the marinade, mix the hen items with dahi, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, biryani masala, garam masala, crimson chilli powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix effectively. Keep it within the fridge for some time. Boil water in a kadhai and add the soaked rice to it. Add bay leaf, cloves, elaichi, a cinnamon stick, and salt. Cook till the rice is partially finished. In a heavy-bottomed pot, add a layer of marinated hen and high it with the partially cooked rice. Top it with some chopped tomatoes, onions, and coriander leaves. Drizzle oil and repeat the method of layering till it’s full to the highest. You may even add some saffron strands or kewra water for flavouring. Cover the pot with aluminium foil and prepare dinner on a low flame for 40-45 minutes. Serve sizzling and revel in!
