“Before the potluck panic sets in, I wanted to share the super simple (but complexly flavoured) batch cocktail I find myself coming back to year after year,” she wrote within the caption. Name of the cocktail: Company Drink. No factors for guessing the rationale behind its identify. Of course, it is a crowd-pleaser. To put together the Company Drink cocktail, all you want is grapefruit, tangerine, and lime juices commingle with jalapeno pickling juice, membership soda and many tequila. The TV present host and creator likes to name it “#tangytarthotandsweet cocktail.”

Padma Lakshmi doesn’t follow any measurements to prepare the Company Drink cocktail, as the quantity of ingredients is usually intuitive. She added, “1 part tequila, 1 part grapefruit juice, and 2 parts of tangerine juice” in a cocktail pot or a pitcher. Give it a mix and add a hearty squeeze of lime. Bring your cocktail together with a splash of jalapeno pickle brine club soda.
The recipe doesn’t end here. Padma Lakshmi also shared a pro tip – of adding the soda right before serving – to enhance the flavour of the drink. She added, “Mix everything but the club soda ahead and keep it in the fridge until the company arrives. Then at the last minute, add a splash of soda and a bit of ice. A tajin-rimmed glass is always a nice touch too.”
