Leandro reportedly died from an unintentional drug overdose. Recently, the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner advised Rolling Stone, People, and CBS News that the 19-year-old had succumbed to the poisonous results of fentanyl, bromazolam, alprazolam, 7-aminoclonazepam, ketamine and cocaine.
