The eightieth Golden Globes kickstarted Hollywood’s award season with a ceremony in Los Angeles hosted by comic Jerrod Carmichael. RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli gained Best Original Song for Naatu Naatu. It was additionally competing for Best Non-English Language Film which was gained by Argentina, 1985. RRR, starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan as real-life freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju, is the primary Indian movie to win a Golden Globe, amongst Hollywood’s most prestigious. Director Rajamouli, Jr NTR and Ram Charan attended the Golden Globes with wives Lakshmi Pranathi and Upasana Kamineni. Apart from RRR, different notable winners included The Banshees Of Inisherin, The Fabelmans and Everything Everywhere All At Once.
