Vivek Agnihotri says no one other than him and Kangana question Bollywood now

Filmmakers Vivek Agnihotri and Sudhir Mishra sat down for a dialogue on movie, politics and extra, that was uploaded on YouTube. During this dialog, Vivek steered that nobody within the movie trade has questioned Bollywood besides him and actor Kangana Ranaut prior to now few years. Vivek sat down with Sudhir to debate about a variety of points pertaining to their movies, political ideologies and the present movie viewers in India. It so occurred that in this dialog, Vivek requested Sudhir Mishra that why would not he discuss Bollywood extra, and gave the instance of actor Kangana Ranaut.

Aap karte the questions, publicly karte the… now you’ve stopped.” Sudhir then replied, “No, I have not stopped. It is now as if this film industry is responsible for all the ills in the world. It is not. It is just a reflection of this society, jaise ye samaj he waise hi kuch log he…” (Just just like the society, Bollywood is also manufactured from the identical individuals).

Actor Kangana Ranaut has been fairly vocal concerning the movie trade together with her tweets. Recently, after the success of Pathaan, Kangana had stated, “Film industry is so crass and crude that whenever they want to project success of any endeavour/creation/art they throw flashing currency digits in your face, as if art has no other purpose. it exposes their lowly standards and the kind of deprived lives they live.”

Meanwhile, final month, Sudhir had tweeted about The Kashmir Files, and his tweet led to Vivek inviting him for a podcast. Sudhir had stated, “Liberals complain about Kashmir Files. Why? Vivek Agnihotri made a film and his audience came to theatres and saw it. But when we make films our audience who criticise Vivek sit on their arse and don’t come to the theatre. Sorry, I had to say it. #afwaah.” To this, Vivek stated, “Why ought to anybody assault anybody? It’s not a battle. Sudhir is my senior and a celebrated filmmaker, I’ve deep respect for him.”
