Chef Prateek Sadhu was previously with Mumbai-based restaurant ‘Masque’, which has been featured within the listing of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants on a number of events. This will be paired with a traditional bread from the region, known as Putharo along with a smoked tomato chutney. We have a pepper fry from Tamil Nadu,” revealed Chef Sadhu.
He additionally mentioned that they are going to be together with a millets-based menu since 2023 is the International Year of Millets as per the United Nations. “Since this is the year of millets we’re doing a Millet Thoran (a Kerala-based dish) as well as a millet pulao with a Malvani style Sole Fish (a French delicacy) and Potato Koshimbir (a Marathi salad).
