Saturn now has over 100 known moons – more than any other planet

Saturn formally has probably the most moons of any planet within the photo voltaic system, usurping Jupiter. The International Astronomical Union (IAU) has introduced the addition of 28 pure satellites for the ringed planet, bringing its whole to 117 versus Jupiter’s 95.
