Zachary Levi feels ‘blessed’ that he will get to stay his dream of being an actor. And language isn’t a barrier for him in any respect. Indian movies have been shining globally, and the actor has been being attentive to that too. “I have been wanting to see RRR, I have heard great things about it. I gotta go and watch that!,” he exclaims.
With the current enhance in cross-pollination of Indian expertise working within the West, a music and dance Hindi movie is subsequent on his listing.
“I have quite a few South Asian friends-Indian and Pakistani. I have had love for your culture always. I have not got a chance yet to visit India, I really want to get out there. I have heard such wonderful and beautiful things about it, and of course I already know how the people are!,” he will get excited.
Talking extra about his Indian masala movie dream, he continues, “Heck yeah man, I would love to do an Indian film, a Bollywood film. Like I said, I have a lot of love for the people. You guys have so much passion and life that you bring to your films. I would love to be able to collaborate with Indian artistes and filmmakers. Maybe it will be dance, maybe action, I don’t know, but I think it will be a lot of fun.”
While he expresses his pleasure for all that, he has his personal movie Shazam: Fury of the Gods, a sequel to the 2019 unique, which has launched in India. When engaged on a second instalment of any movie, is it troublesome for an actor to get again into the identical zone of the character they performed as soon as earlier than? Did he have to look at the primary half once more?
Levi laughs, “I pretty much remember where I left it off. I recognised that the character is three years older now. The toughest bit depends on the superhero you play. Like mine has a lot of flying, and to do that, you have to wear these harnesses, which are torture diapers! They are not very comfortable, they chafe, cut, bruise. But it’s a small price to pay, to get to fly and be a superhero.”
