Burger patti components:
- Boiled mashed potatoes – 1 cup
- Soy granules – 1 cup
- Finely chopped inexperienced chillies – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder– 1 tsp
- Salt as per style
- Kashmiri purple chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Mustard sauce – 1 tbsp
- White vinegar – 1 tsp
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Burger Sauce Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise: ⅓ cup
- Red sauce: 2 cups
- Vinegar: 1tsp
- Hot sauce: 1 tbsp
Method:
Step 1: Add boiled mashed potatoes, soy granules, inexperienced chillies, soy sauce, black pepper powder, salt, Kashmiri purple chilli powder, tomato ketchup, mustard sauce, white vinegar, and corn flour in a bowl. Mix nicely.
Step 2: Make patties, and roll them in bread crumbs. Fry in medium sizzling oil. The burger patties are prepared.
Step 3: To put together the burger sauce – add purple tomato sauce, and vinegar to the mayonnaise. For the spicy flavour, add any purple sauce to the combo.
Step 4: Toast the buns on a pan, apply the sauce combine on the bottom, and place a patty (and even two). Top it with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and doubtless a slice of cheese. Close it with the opposite half of the bun.
