Maryland medical examiner who oversaw deaths in custody now under review

Dr. David Fowler, who testified on behalf of the previous police officer in George Floyd’s dying, oversaw a whole lot of circumstances as a health worker. Now, greater than 100 circumstances of deaths in police custody are beneath assessment. CBS News chief investigative correspondent Jim Axelrod experiences.
