Sliced yellow onion – 1
Thyme – 1 small bunch
Fresh ginger – 10 slices
Garlic – 12 sliced cloves
Orange – 1 lower into 1-inch wedges
Toasted black pepper – 1 tbsp
Lemon
Extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse sea salt
